Is Buddhism good for your mental health?

People in our society that are sick or not well are generally known to use negative thoughts and outbursts. They like to complain, blame, and hate others.  They constantly blame others which in turn would reduce their internal energy. The vibration frequency of these Negative thoughts is a little less than 200 on the scale.

This vibration frequency is also known as “the magnetic field” that people will often refer to it as. Many people are falling ill because of a lack of compassion, love, tolerance, softness, etc., they only consist of pain and frustration. These negative patients have a vibration frequency of less than 200 and are prone to many different diseases.”

The following positive gestures such as caring for others, compassion, love, good deeds, gentleness, and so on, all of which are high vibration frequencies, that reach 400 to 500 on the scale

Buddhism is over 2000 years old. Over this time, it has concentrated its efforts on understanding energy and how to train the mind to understand happiness and positive thinking. Additionally, it has set out to identify and defuse sources of negative emotion and to cultivate emotional states like compassion to improve societal well-being.

For many years, scientific research has focused on the positive and negative effects of meditation on the nervous system. Their finding shows that meditation reduces stress and contributes to a healthy heart rate and perspiration.

No research data has been formally published yet, however, positive thinking is good for your body and overall health
